She seems like a very unhappy, entitled and just a mean person. I sent an email requesting information with a brief description of what I needed assistance with. Yes, there is a form to fill out however, that form asks for personal details and information I was not ready to fill out as I did not have the information I needed. Also being stationed overseas, the forms can be a hassle to complete with poor internet as they keep resetting .
Her rude response is as follows :

“ The only way I can assess your case is if you provide the information requested. To say I’m not interested in playing games would be an understatement. Complete it or don’t, but please don’t waste my time.

I don’t think anyone who is considering a divorce lawyer is playing games. That assumption was judgmental and plain unnecessary. She literally rather lose a customer then take time to answer one as a human being or respond cordially. With me, she showed zero tact, empathy, common knowledge of customer service or human interaction.
