While helping a friend work through the process of dealing with a job related injury, I was referred to Matt Fendon. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to spend time with me on the phone answering my questions. Ultimately, circumstances prevented us from retaining Matt to handle this case. However, I benefited greatly from the information and guidance he shared with me. I regret not being able to work with Matt at this time but would not hesitate for a moment to seek him in the future should the need arise.

My husband actually needed help with two separate industrial accidents, 7 years apart. We hired Matt the first work injury when the workman's comp insurance company became unbearable to deal with, trying to shortcut my husband's injury repairs and rehab, and also harassing him. We were so thankful to have found Matt. Once Matt and his team took over we didn't have to deal with the employer's wc insurance company anymore, and my husband was able to get the repairs and rehab he needed, and I only had to worry about getting my husband to and from medical appointments, and taking care of his comfort and needs at home. When the second, much more serious accident occurred, we knew immediately who to contact to take on those workman's comp insurance giants: Matt Fendon! We were so blessed knowing Matt had everything under control and my husband would get all the medical care he needed, and both cases were settled to our satisfaction.
