Mattie's Service Center is a well run, professional operation. From the initial phone call to inquire about an appointment, the woman I spoke to (Jeanette) was knowledgeable and helpful. I made two appointments for two of my vehicles for a 4 wheel alignment, spin balance and rotation. They did a good job, the job was done on time and the price was not bad. They pointed out a few things they noticed about the vehicles that could be repaired and provided estimates. Picking up and dropping off the vehicles and interacting with Niki in the office was easy and went smoothly. I didn't meet Mattie, but I got the impression that if I needed to speak to him, he would be available. As a business owner and a mechanic myself, I can say that these guys (and gals) are doing a great job. I would not hesitate to send my family and friends there. They even sent me a signed follow up letter from the owner along with a magnet and a "refer a friend card". Nice job Matties!

Had two major maintenance services done here and I'd definitely recommend them. Whether you know a lot or nothing about cars, they'll look into your concerns and give you a good overview of anything they notice. Mattie's does a particularly good job of explaining the reason for any additional services they recommend. You walk away feeling confident about your vehicle, unlike some other mechanics where you feel you got upsold on unneeded work. I had a minor issue due to a defective part, which they corrected quickly and professionally.

Their front desk staff (I spoke mainly with Jeanette and Nikki) is another strength. Communication was excellent, and my vehicles were ready when promised. Will definitely be returning!

I brought my car to Mattie's after the dealership finished working on it and then told me that I needed a tuneup which they would complete for $1,000.
Mattie and his team checked out the car and told me that a tuneup wouldn't fix the problem. They kept it for a day and came up with a simpler conclusion.
I drove away with a perfectly running car at a quarter of what it would have cost at the dealership. This is greatly appreciated as I am living solely on my Social Security check and have to pinch every penny.
If I ever need any work done in the future I know exactly where to go for excellent service at a fair price with honest, hard working people who have my back.
On a side note, Mattie's has the cleanest shop I have ever seen anywhere. He and his team take great pride in everything they do.
The front office staff is extremely courteous and great to work with.
I love this place, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Both the transmission shop and dealer couldn't fix my truck or even diagnose the problem properly. Matt took the truck and took his time, figured out the issue. Great communication, service, price and convenience with after hours pickup.

Was headed to upstate NY in an hour for a wedding. Thought one of my rear tires had a slow leak. Brought it in and in 45 minutes I was out the door with a patched tire, free of charge. I’ve brought my car here twice before and every time the problem is fixed efficiently and at a fair price. Hard to find mechanics that treat you right these days but this is certainly one of them. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest and reliable mechanic.

Very clean and very professional! Only thing I wish was better was the wait time. Took several days for the mechanic to see my Infiniti. Other than that. Highly recommended!

Fan. Tas. Tic. That’s the one word I can use to describe my experience with the wonderful folks at Mattie’s. My family and I were on a road trip riding through Milford and we must have ran over a nail on the highway. Not being from the area,
I frantically googled different establishments trying to find someone to help. It was later on a Saturday afternoon and after calling 5 other places, the receptionist at Mattie’s told me they could take check to out if I could make it over to them quickly. 10 minutes later I walked into a welcoming, clean and comfortable waiting area and they took my car in to give it a look. Turns out they were able to patch my tire in mere moments and had me on my way in no time at all. I can’t thank the wonderful folks at Mattie’s for their kindness and for taking the time to accommodate me on such short notice. My only regret is not writing this review sooner as it’s been a couple of months since our visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Mattie’s for all your auto needs. They truly saved the day and I am forever grateful!

I’ve been going to Mattie’s for a couple years now and they never disappoint. An emergency situation to an oil change…it’s always smooth and easy with them. As a parent to a very active kid aka I’m basically a taxi drive, we very much appreciate it!
