Met with Eichstadt at the referral of a friend. I gave him a shot at a case. 30 minutes should have been enough to see if we held a case together or not. Quickly, it was easy for me to determine, we did not. This should have been a free exploratory visit. He insisted on his minimum, then worked to run the meter to a wasteful 3 hour meeting that was never a part of his written agreement. I paid his $260 minimum and had to demonstrate to him the shortcomings of his own agreement. Not much client attorney trust here. Zero.

We went for an initial consultation with detailed timeline presentation. The lawyer clearly did not possess critical and pertinent knowledge of employment law related to ADA. He spent half of the time flipping through his binder while continuing to charge us 440 dollars an hour. Then he started to repeat himself with limited information that we have already known. Not impressed at all.
