June 3rd of 2022 while driving a freight train, I slammed into a loaded tractor trailer that was parked on the track in Houston Texas. After the incident I had to get some work done on my lower back due to the hard impact. I missed a total of 93 days of work. While getting therapy & was really worried about how I was going to pay my bills while being off during therapy & rehabilitation. I contacted McGuire Injury Law & just from the phone conversation I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. Jeff McGuire which is the attorney I spoke with was fabulous. Over a series of phone calls as well as meetings he worked with me by pointing me in the right direction as far as which doctors could help me best. The law firm offered financial support while I was off & it was offered at a very reasonable repay rate if I needed it. I wasn't expecting to get a whole lot of money. All I was really concerned with was getting my lost wages as well as my medical bills paid. I spent a total of 93 days in and out of different doctors offices and rehabilitation centers that worked on my lower back and when all was said done Jeff McGuire contacted the trucking companies insurance and explained to them all that had happened as well as what I was out financially and low and behold the trucking company totally agreed with the amount we requested. After medical bills and attorneys fees I put some money in my pocket pay all medical bills and go back to work. Jeff was great. Very informative as well as understanding about my concerns. Clint McGuire is an exemplary attorney and I want to give him all the credit he is rightfully due for the phenomenal experience that I had working with him throughout our recent engagement .
