Edwynne was super helpful in helping me pressure a buyer that defaulted on the purchase agreement (didnt show up to closing) to release the escrow to me that he had defaulted on. Who knew it would be so difficult to get escrow from someone if they clear as day defaulted on you!?!?!? Anyways, I called edwynne and he did his magic and it worked. I have used him before for evictions and also contract-work related to real estate which he has never let me down on. Thanks again Ed!
