Why do they never remove old job posts from their website.

They put me through for one position then heard nothing further until I chased them up. They said they'd stay in touch for other positions but made no contact thereafter. Professional service for both candidates and clients is to stay in touch with them as to status of jobs. Better off putting effort in finding a job yourself.
