From start to finish a patient experience I would like to have every time that a medical appointment is necessary. Check in was quick and efficient with no over invasive paperwork! Front desk personnel were very personable, especially Justice! The nurse was very accommodating and helped set me at ease with some general questions about my visit. Jessica was great and immediately helped me to feel comfortable and in control of the process. She made a determination and offered multiple different options for treatment culminating in an agreeable course of action which made me feel better about my health concerns and future appointments with the Dermatology Department at Memorial Regional Health. Jessica is a great representative of what a community hospital should be all about. She didn’t make me feel ignorant and valued each of my questions and treated my concerns with constructive empathy. I’m not a fan of going to the doctor but if this experience was how each visit is at our local hospital, then I can at least feel confident that I will be treated with respect. Thanks Jessica and your team for a great patient experience!

Dr Flemming showed compassion and exceptional care for my young one. He conducted a thorough exam. He listened to our concerns & questions regarding how to handle oerthopedic concerns. He replied with a geniune & thoughtful nature, connecting as a parent. Very impressed with this level of care.

My experience…. Well I did not have a bad experience whatsoever. Check in was short and sweet. Journeyed a floor up, sat down started reading People mag.I didn’t even have time to get beyond the first paragraph of the story I choose before I was called. (Bittersweet) First I was walked to the scale and I’m telling you they need to update that because it lied. I did not wait long in my appointed Room before my doctor (Dr. Harr) Knocked on my door. I appreciated the fact that she was very interested in my condition and the treatments for it. I am very comfortable with this doctor and sharing all my medical needs. She is very patient, reactive to my concerns and Open to Listen and give her knowledge to the information I “think” I know.
I’ll give the experience 5 stars or two thumbs up.

the whole experience was top notch from check in to check out. The nurse was attentive, listened to questions PA Nyquist was clear in her instructions, listened, and I never felt rushed. Dermatology here just gets better & better

Bridget Bernhard is a very knowledgeable medical professional with a tremendous background in wound care. While my MD had suggested surgery I wanted to get a second opinion. Bridget was the place to go. She recommended vacuum therapy and possibly more of the codfish skin Treatment to help my wound heal. I would recommend her or anyone else that I’ve met in Colorado for wound care. She is amazing!!

Dr. Hess was very friendly and nice to talk to. She spent more time with me than most doctors I have seen. She even offered to do a test that I needed, but hadn't scheduled that day. She said she had some time that day and could get it done if I wanted. I have NEVER heard a doctor offer something like that. I really appreciated her saving me another appointment.
