Let me tell you something, if this attorney and/or Merit Health contact you through him, call your insurance commissioner in your state. My insurance had paid and I owed nothing but they came at me over one year. I’ll be reporting them to the bars of several states among other things. Harassment, illegal, and more. Never use this place as I can’t imagine what they would do with people needed wills and trusts. They are unethical, immoral, and they should never work again. Thank God for the Mississippi Tax Commissioner. who between the two of us, it took less than one day to have him drop this nonsense. We are just getting started though.

An amazing firm! Benjamin took over our case after a failed attempt with another lawyer who drastically slowed us down. He got STRAIGHT to business and quickly made up for two years' worth of time we had lost. Benjamin has been such an attentive, kind, pleasant, and hard working lawyer the past 3 years. Great place for Estate work. He may look young, but that does not mean he isn't knowledgable!

No one likes dealing with this stuff but I have had two accounts turned over to this firm. One smaller medical account a year or so ago, I setup a payment plan and was super easy to resolve. Never spoke with the agency, I did it all online and got it paid off and a timely response from the agency via mail that it was paid off

The most recent, Don Johnson was super pleasant and was able to get this settled before it got out of collections into anything worse. His team wasn't able to accept my initial offer but luckily I had a little more in savings that could be used to reach what they would accept. Both interactions with him this week were very pleasant and easy to work with. Yes, it was a tight deadline but just make sure you can pay whats agreed by the deadline and there will be no issues. If you can't afford the offer, be honest and don't accept. The paperwork confirming all of this was emailed to me within 15 minutes of paying over the phone

I had no issues like any of the issues mentioned in other reviews.

Typically, this is a personal matter and I wouldn't write a review but I felt like the reviews here aren't warranted since I have personally dealt with this firm 2 times without issues
