I enjoyed working with Messari Group, LTD. Ms. Polk was able to assist me after a bad experience with another accounting firm. She took the time to meet with me and explain her company's process used to do taxes. She then was able to complete my taxes in a timely manner, contacting me for additional information as needed via phone and email. Once completed, she met with me and took the time to go over every part of the tax form explaining and answering any questions I had. I found her to be very professional, kind, and trustworthy.
