Heidi R Gliboff Represented me in July of 2024 and she didn’t tell me that the building had 32 years of unregistered rent and various overcharges the truth is I can’t recommend this lawyer to anyone it also turns out she isn’t even an actual lawyer and she pretends she is one. Please don't let yourselves be scammed by this elderly woman.

On December 8th 2023. Ms. Heidi Gliboff a Real Estate lawyer with the Messer Law Group Pllc locate in Fresh Meadow, Queens New York was assigned to the Closing of my house. All through the process she was nice and detailed. After the house was sold, she sent me a sum of checks. And with held $12,000.00. When I questioned why she with held $12,000. She told me a lot of stories .It went from one tale to another. Of which I have emails to show her "Nancy Stories". I finally got my money after 3 months of stress. Because I was not playing with her. I write this review to let the public know that this Attorney is a thief. Sellers please be aware of this thieving lawyer.. She will try to dupe you
