Michael handled the sell of our home and the buy of our new one and must say he did a great job from beginning to end on all legal aspects as well as ongoing follow up. All and all Micheal and his office did an excellent closing for a Leisure Village condo I rehabbed while out of state. I would recommend to others. It wasn’t especially easy as the buyer was out of state as well but I can’t blame others for that.

Save your money and find another attorney. Unless you want to pay the fee and do his job for him. If you need updates from the seller or updates from the town on matters like the CO, you could ask him, and get a "Waiting on updates" response and never hear back for weeks, until you follow up yourself directly with the other parties . We bought a new construction home and he seemed very unfamiliar with the process though we were told by his secretary that he had plenty of experience with new home sales. There were several matters left pending that had to be settled, and his response was always "We'll deal with it at closing". Well we closed and the matters are still outstanding and now he's really out of the picture and the issues are now for me and my wife to deal with on our own. Take my advice, use another lawyer!

Update: Michael helped my husband and me on closing our own home. (previously helped with closing on my parents home) and once again everything went very well. Buying a home during a pandemic was not easy and everything that could happen did, but Michael was always available and ready to help with what ever we needed.
I definitely recommend him and if I ever decide to buy a home again (not lol) I will be using him again. Thank you for always having our best interest in mind.
