In 2020, I was looking for an attorney to help my father update his will and estate plan. Not familiar with attorneys in the area, I selected Michelle after coming across her website, and the fact that she and my father both attended Texas A&M. My search was over. I thought she and my dad would be a good match. She made the whole process a wonderful and very informative experience. This month, 3 years later, I found myself in need of a refresher course on one of the documents (Revocable Transfer on Death Deed for his house). Again, this many years later, she graciously guided me through everything and answered all my questions. It is the nicest feeling to trust someone so much. It was super easy to work with Michelle. She prepared an estate plan for both me and my wife. The plan included a Revocable Living Trust, Last Will and Testament, Declaration of Guardian, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Directive to Physicians, and Medical Power of Attorney.
She was very thorough in describing the pros and cons of having a trust versus a will, as well as other aspects of our estate plans.
