I have a new service plan with Middleton and today was my first inspection. Khary Monroe showed up and was very professional and personable. He diagnosed an issue with my unit and was able to get it fixed quickly. He had several suggestions for me to help keep my unit working optimally. He also spent a lot of time outside with it to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues. I really appreciate the time and care he put into his job.

I used Middleton for all my hvac needs in my previous residence and was always more than happy with the service. I was thankful to discover they also have a branch in my new town. Today was the first time they’ve been out for a service and I’m sure there was extra work due to neglect from the previous owner. Once again another excellent service appointment by Middleton.

I signed up to have my Heat Pump/Air Conditioning system serviced by Middleton Heat and Air. Quinton Welch was the technician that came to do the service. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the comprehensive service in detail. I highly recommend Middleton and you would be happy to draw Quinton as the tech. I will have them come periodically to keep the system running smoothly.

Sean is exceptional with detail and customer service. Professional, friendly and has an incredible work ethic; Not to mention a smile that will make your day.
Some rooms in my home had only one vent, some 2. Sean is so good at customizing direct flow that I notice no difference in temps moving through my home, as before. Smart guy.
I hope Middleton appreciates what an outstanding employee and man Sean is!
He has been there 19 yrs, and still loves what he does...even in 100 plus degree days. You will be the first person I think of for those needing new duct work

So far, I've had good luck with Middleton. They're one of the more $$ companies servicing, but you "can" get that one tech that has greed in their eyes. One service call, the tech was very sincere and was there to help limit the cost of the call. He explained everything he was doing and why and even said "Hold on to this unit as they were built really well, keep it serviced". We live in a society of replace, replace, replace. Lost is the term/skill "to fix, or repair". That one service tech did an amazing job and repaired what was failing. However, not all service techs are on the side of saving you $$. I had one tech from Middleton who as soon as he looked at the unit said, "It's an old one, you should look to replace it" (before even diagnosing it). Several times he told me I should contact the sales team to see about getting on a schedule to have an entire new system installed. Well, that was two years ago and the unit is still running. Again, it all depends on what type of tech you get on the call out. Some are just looking to charge you all they can when others are looking to you as a person and to save you all they can. Buyer beware on any company you're dealing with. With Middleton, I do have they're maintenance plan and they have replaced a capacitor, breaker, topped off freon, did a system reboot/reset at the outside unit as well as repaired two wires that came into contact with each other (melting them). My unit is a 2008 and it's now 2024 (16 years old). In a time where they say these units are only good for 10 years.....

Found out we were being overpriced and overcharged by multiple other HVAC companies.

Back in August 2024, we were quoted over $700 for a few pounds of Freon for our refrigerant. We drained our entire savings, but it was 86 degrees in the house for a few days. Someone came out, said “here is the issue, it’s $700..” and we thought we were good. We were told by two people that it sounded like a leak because Freon doesn’t just.. go away/get low on a very new HVAC system, but we didn’t do anything.

Today, 10/25/2024, only a couple of months since they were here, our house is in the 80’s again. I call and thankfully someone comes out and says “yeah you have a leak” and quoted us $1,800. EIGHTEEN HUNDRED. We called around to different places and they said, “they’re charging 2 extra pounds of Freon than what your AC unit even holds.” And also “they’re charging 3x the price of what the refrigerant costs just to make the profit.” They also wanted the money right then and there, and it wasn’t even a fix until everything was ordered. Keep in mind, this issue could have easily been fixed in August because I’m sure we had a leak then, too

After calling around, I called Moore Affordable heat and air, and he came tonight at 9:30 to help us, and didn’t leave until right before midnight. He gave us a temporary fix until he can fully repair on Monday with all of the parts. He also quoted us about $1000 less than Middleton. He didn’t even charge us for him coming out late or fixing our Freon levels to hold us until Monday. Definitely would recommend the small business of Moore Affordable rather than the big business scamming people out of money that we didn’t have.

Gave it two stars because our guy who check our problem today was extremely nice. Also, they do answer the phones and provide fast service. I just wish the service was cheaper and we weren’t told incorrect pricing information. Prices are not affordable.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days in Central, AR. I worked with Blake Humphrey on what his recommendations were for my house. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help! He let me know my payment options and went above and beyond to make this a stress free process. I picked my payment option Friday afternoon and he was able to get a crew out that evening to have my new system installed. I explained I was a single mom with two girls and he was able to get a crew together to get us all set up so we wouldn’t have to go all weekend without AC! Mike Lopez was one of the technicians who installed my new system. He had a positive attitude and was willing to help. He worked diligently to change out my systems and ensure everything was operating properly. Joe & Jaylen were the other two techs who were just as amazing as Mike. Their ability to work together and knock this job out was impressive! They had me up and running in no time. These men didn’t have to come on a late Friday evening to set up a new system, but they did. This exemplifies their morale and dedication to their work and their customers. This is what true teamwork looks like for sales and operations making this a wonderful and stress free process as a customer. I am extremely grateful and appreciative to have had these gentleman take one problem off of my hands!
