I had the opportunity to meet with Mollie Hawed and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and empathetic on top of being able to answer all of my questions and decide the best option for the situation I’m going through. Benjamin Currier (attorney) and Hank Leigh (paralegal) from Miller & Steiert advised me when I sought to terminate early a lease agreement due to problems that I noticed in the property I was renting at that time and also due to communication problems I had with the landlord of that property.
They told me what I should be careful with, whether terminating the lease early under the conditions at that time was a good idea or not, and eventually Benjamin reviewed the lease termination agreement that was drafted.
They did truly a fantastic job and Benjamin’s advice was extremely helpful.
In the end I was able to get out of the lease agreement without any problem and move on.
I’m really glad I went with Benjamin Currier and Hank Leigh for this tenant-landlord matter.
Benjamin Currier and Hank Leigh are really trustworthy and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has tenant-landlord problems.

I made the best decision in choosing Mr. Benjamin E. Currier from Miller and Steiert as my attorney, who understood what exactly I wanted from divorce. It was not an easy divorce, from child custody to acquiring my house and refinancing my house, each step seemed impossible, but Ben made everything possible for me. Ben had an excellent solution for every problem I faced during divorce. He was my divorce attorney and not immigration attorney, but still he helped me to get all the information I needed for my citizenship processing.
