Mulinazzi Law Office was from the very beginning the only law office I wanted to work with through a difficult divorce. While I contacted several other offices in the early days, after talking with Eddita to schedule a consultation, I already knew this was the right place for me. I did not feel like just a number or just a (potentially) paying customer -- I felt at home. It was just a feeling I had, and that truly lasted through the whole process.

I met with Thomas for my consultation, and I felt he really listened to everything I had to say about my situation in an objective way, and then was really informative and honest about how the process could/would play out depending on how long it lasted, and what my situation would likely be following the divorce. But beyond that, Thomas was also supportive on a personal level. It can mean the world just to hear that "everything is going to be okay."

I ultimately worked with Sarah through the divorce, and she was fantastic. I truly don't have the words - she was there for me every step of the way, and it never felt like it was only because I was paying. Sarah put in a lot of work on my case, and ultimately the case settled in a manner I believe was as fair and equitable as it could have been. I was/am happy with the outcome.

I was represented by this law firm for nearly two years during a lengthy divorce--which, at the time of this writing, still remains unresolved. While I appreciated their legal support early on, I was recently dropped as a client after a brief conversation about the billing process and how it might be made less confusing from the client’s perspective.

It was a disappointing and unexpected response, especially considering the length of our relationship. If you are someone trying to get out of an abusive marriage, I would caution you to consider whether this firm is the right fit. In my experience, they seemed overly sensitive to one instance of constructive feedback, even when it was communicated respectfully and with the goal of improving the client experience.

Every client deserves transparency, understanding, and a legal team that can handle the emotional complexities of abuse-related cases. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel fully supported when it mattered most.

Without a doubt, Thomas Mulinazzi and Sarah Nadolny are exceptional at what they do! Eddita was amazing too! I was referred to MLO to handle my divorce.
