Don’t use unless you want let him take your money - you have to pay before he does any work! - but doesn’t do the work. Then when you call him on it, he withdraws from the case because you expected him to represent you not the opponent. Angry my money is helping him to pay for his Tesla!
Would give negative stars if possible.
If you want more examples of why NOT to consider Mobley, read the reviews…wouldn’t put it past him to have written the positive ones himself..‍♀️

Absolutely hated him as a lawyer and as a person. If I were to be able to give him zero stars I would. He is a self observed man and he honestly charges for the most stupidest things, He wasn’t showing he was representing me, he tried to belittle me cuz at the time I used him I was younger, he literally was never there for anything including the signing part of paper with my ex we were fighting against! It was even being signed in HIS BUILDING! I should’ve paid his receptionist than him because that’s who did most of my stuff the whole time I was using him…He is just a money hungry lawyer. He doesn’t care about your case as long as it brings in his money. I tell everyone and will continue to tell everyone to NOT use him! Take my advice if you’re thinking about using Mobley, DON’T! ❌❌

The worst law attorney in pope county , mark has no experience going to trial ,
I paid him cash on his offer took months not doing anything , for him to offer one deal and said that’s the best he can do.

VERY unprofessional! I went to speak with him about a sentencing dispute and he proceeded to yell and point fingers in my face about a bill that a relative of mine owes him. I wasn’t there to discuss a billing issue on behalf of someone else. I wouldn’t let him represent a dog let alone a person!

I would give Mark Mobley and his staff 10 stars if possible. I always refer him to friends and family. I see more good reviews on here than bad. As a client I know that there are expectations of me and fulfilling those expectations weighs heavily on my lawyer fulfilling his. Abide by the contract that you initial and sign and you'll be golden. Give respect and you'll get respect. Be a dependable client and he'll be a dependable lawyer. He treats people accordingly. I wouldn't want to use any other lawyer after seeing Mark in court. He definitely gets the job done.
