I reached out and got a response the same day, scheduled a call that afternoon and Kris was working on my case by that day. It was a time-sensitive matter that had caused me a great deal of stress. Paid for all services at least twice. Failed to serve all papers on first go, so I had to pay for a private server twice. My lawyer spent 30 minutes on our drafts for mediation five hours before our scheduled appointment, and almost all of the information was incorrect. Spent 10,000 on "discovery" just to find out they only used the information I gave them on the forms even though I clearly stated I had no access to his financial records and he explicitly hid information from me. Charged me for typing up a draft, then Charged again to click send. Couldn't bundle that together? I was afraid to call and complain about their billing because it would lead to another charge!

Also Charged for a phone call with Craig Valentine that never occurred. Overall excessive billing practices and a lot of blameshifting when they fumbled the ball.

Would not recommend for those with special circumstances or limited means. Especially when your quality of life depends on it.

EDIT: I feel compelled to add that they neglected to update my address with the courts, even though I moved to a new address over four months prior to their withdrawal. I provided my new address multiple times. This led me to miss key court communications after their withdrawal. I cannot stress enough the lack of accountability from this office.
