THIS CONTINUING HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEEDS TO BE SAID;
Call to 911 led Mohave Deputy's finest to arrive on a CAD-CALL address: Deputy choose to take three conflicting witness statements from the WRONG address and conclude to arrest the complainant/victim who called 911! ( It is fair to say this Impeached Deputy concluded arresting a senior citizen easier than to arrest two lying habitual convicted felons). Blame goes to the Sheriff of Mohave County for this poorly trained inexperienced Deputy's probable cause actions!
The County Prosecutor's failure to see the conflict in the witnesses statements along with the lack to Burden of Proof. (Defending Premises and Property).The Public Defender assigned has little experience in presenting the FACTS! Who has experience representing guilty persons, in plea bargaining their sentence and brags about being the best! Had no previous trial experience, also to include inadequate inexperienced supervised assistance - it took months to convince this Public Defender the facts leading to his violated Civil Rights! This Public Defender uses Medieval analogies as defense, his approach proving inexperience at trial leading to a FILED APPEAL. At the present time he has refused to communicate or WITHDRAW from this APPEAL process so this victim may be assigned an appeal lawyer!
Petty and gross bickering in office led to unethical 'Professionalism' violations, has become costly in resources, wasted time and money! This senior citizen was been hospitalized as a result and continues to experience mental stressors to make these truths come to light! This senior citizen lives in fear if to call 911 will result in the stupid Mohave Sheriff Deputies arrival to arrest him for doing his civil duty. ( I WILL NOT CALL 911)
I FILED an APPEAL in Superior Court! The County Prosecutor's Office and the Public Defender's Office have a DVD copy and refused to address their unethical issues!
A VOW to see this through and see that on one has to experience this type of misrepresented hell. Will continue to address to anyone these INJUSTICES.
A DEMAND TRIAL by JURY so the people in Mohave County will become aware of these atrocities that PLAGUE their society. I will post ALL the documents soon...
