Is it normal for a lawyer to send someone $800 after losing their case due to negligence? Because James Hartt did just that after I asked him if he could look in the mirror and feel good about himself and how he handled my case. Two times I have tried to tell someone here that James Hartt took advantage of me. The second time I got told to go to Eerie County BAR because nobody wants to accept responsibility for screwing up. James gave me $800 back when I told him that he broke the golden rule for lawyers: responsibility to the client. Specifically the one where he is supposed to get my input before corresponding with my old employer. $800 refund and he ran off after Nys issued a no probable cause. Several emails sent to the contact on this page and absolutely no follow up, accepting responsibility or resolution. At this point I suggest we all go to Erie County. Now I have to start over and they wont even help me.

Horrible service. I was referred to an attorney who said he couldn't help me. Needs to be tried in another county together because it was two cases. They kept trying to refer me to attorneys locally and would not return the fee. If there was a no star, I would have given them that. Be careful with them!!!!!!

This is the best place in monroe county to align yourself with the proper lawyer for your specific needs easy and in depth screening process on there website...unfortunately they no longer do phone screening it is all online now.
