Don't call it routes you to collections where they will ask you invasive questions and not answer yours. Remember you can refuse to answer as answering their questions may incriminate you.

They were all over me to illegally force an out of state paternity test on my kid for a deadbeat dad that thought he smelled inheritance money but not a peep out of them since then, now that I'm the one owed child support. This place is a scam and an egregious disservice to mothers everywhere - the state should cut funding and shut it down. Let their employees beg for unemployment see how it feels.

Just another way for the government to make money. When the parent stops paying, child support isn't there to help you. If they charge an APR to every deadbeat they might be more likely to pay instead of falling months behind. Law makers need to use the brain God gave them. He'll think of all that money you'll make off the death beats in apr. Hit them according to their credit score too. It would be 35% on most of them! Lol

Child support won’t stop until turn 21 year old, I thought 18 to stop the child support.

Father/mother of child live in Arizona their grandparents kidnapped our child and set the court turn against us. I have lot of proof paper that I did set up new school and have clothes, have her own room. Judge doesn’t care only care she born in Rochester,NY to tell us they keep it our daughter in same state and want us to move back, I can’t!!! I still called “kidnapper our daughter!” that is very wrongful doing and ignores our rights/proofs right now our daughter don’t like us anymore “brain wash” thank you so much for caused! I really disappointed your system. Parent always come first because we’re own the baby and you ruin it. Not see her for a years!!!! She don’t want see me

There's nothing wrong with the Child Support office. The office it self is organized and everyone is friendly. I don't like the bank it's drawn through. Bank of America, is a horrible bank for this service.They put me through a lot just to check on line for the amount on my card. I didn't go through this with the other place. I don't think it's fair to us that they make us pay to use the ATM at their bank. I can go to Wegmans and never pay to use their ATM. I'm hoping it will come a time I can change them.

Been trying to reach this particular office for over a month now. Leaving vmails does no good. They will not call you back. Do not expect your child to get your payments. They will lose your payments.

Person over the phone rushes you off without even explaining anything. Just accusing remarks of the state has to get paid back somehow so they just take my child support knowing I am still owed money.

I would give this place a 0 star this place needs to be shut down they are fraudulent I got my bank levied and they are claiming they never received $15.954.10
On April 21st I have proof from the bank and it’s been a year since it has credited. I feel like someone is stealing money for sure here
