These people are crooks, fight them all the way, they do not have your best interest in mind. They are a government agency collecting tax credits/donations. Lawyers help these crooks, they are all on the same team. Take them to the higher courts and sue these people. GOD BLESS

Most of the bad reviews on here are from people who don't pay their child support. Why is there a review option anyway, it's not like you can shop around for a different DR office in Monroe County, lol.
I've only had an issue one time. My ex partner was relieved of child support because he was in active addiction and couldn't pay anything anyway.
Otherwise, the numbers are the numbers. It's not something a caseworker can alter without permission from the parents.

If I could give a negative star, that let people know they lie, misled and go after the people that doing right by there child. This office's is the worst. They do need to be replaced with people that knows what they're doing. I been caring for my kids for over 17yrs with out any support from his father and want me to pay the father portion as well is un fear. Taking forever to give paperwork that should be ready that same day or the day after not over a week or months very dis organization and disappointed in the action of the workers.

I called 2 weeks ago to simply find out if I still owe to department of human services and they stated that I’m all caught up and they’re still robbing me of an extra $75.00. If they weren’t “professionals” this would be deemed criminal activity. The worse people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They are the 99.9% reason why broken homes are not mended and why fathers have to fight to be involved in the lives of their children. I’m warning all parents unless you want to be robbed stay far away from these people.

The most dishonest and shady part of the Monroe county court system. Been a father for 18 years. Always paid my child support. There have been a few times I even double paid and tried calling about it but no refund ever issued. Currently on unemployment right now because of Covid and can’t pay the full amount but I’m still paying. Got a phone call today from the glorified secretary asking why I don’t go get a job?! Like what? Calling for a supervisor tomorrow. Someone needs to pull the reigns in on these scumbags.
