Charles has been an absolute GOD send through my whole divorce/custody nightmare. He takes the time to explain your options and next steps based on your wants and your needs. He goes in and gets it DONE!! My ex husband has been throwing me through the wringer and if it wasn’t for Charles I’d probably still be in the same place. I can’t say enough good things about him!! Mr. Morris represented me in a move away case recently and i cannot express my satisfaction enough. All family law cases are difficult on everyone involved no matter what the situation is. Mr. Morris and his staff made the process less stressful from beginning to end and they focused on what really mattered and that was what was best for my daughter. Mr. Morris and his staff exhausted all efforts to make sure my daughter ended up with the best possible outcome and the Judge ruled in our favor because, in my opinion, he saw that we were focused on what was best for the child.

No one wants to pay money for what you feel you shouldn't have to. Unfortunately court proceedings are real whether you want them or not.

The legal representation I received from Charles was not only spot on, it saved me $1,700 a month. I hated the fact I needed Charles and had to pay a heavy dollar (what I felt was expensive. I have no clue how it relates to competitors) but when you compare it to the amount of money he saved me, it was worth it.

He came highly recommended from another family member who retained his services and I even witnessed high praise from the Judge on his presentation of court documents.
