While I was visiting my sick husband at Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital Ryan D (ID#3566) was extremely helpful and caring to my situation. My husband had to have some tests ran and I was not allowed in the ER room while the staff ran the tests. The ER was so full at the time I think the doctors and nurses forgot to let me back inside. Ryann went to the room and made sure they were done with the tests, inquired if I could be let back inside and then she allowed me back to see my husband once everything was complete. Without Ryann I would have probably been forgotten. At such a difficult time when you are super stressed it’s really helpful to have someone kind and considerate look out for you and your loved ones. She is an amazing and attentive security officer! I have only positive things to say about Ryann! Keep up the amazing work!

Our guards are performing beyond expectations are dealing with the constant loiters and other non-welcome people in our neighborhood with professionalism and courtesy.
