Unprofessional is not even the word. OH MY GOD.

She misspelled the name wrong on the paperwork and has given me the run around FOR MONTHS for an easy fix. Disgraceful. Hopefully she sees this and returns my 78 unanswered calls and messages. The only time I’ve been able to even see this woman is by showing up unexpectedly giving her no choice to see me. That has happened ONCE.

If you don’t want to provide the services , FINE! But at least give me my money back. I’m blasting this business on all forums for unprofessionalism and straight up disrespect.

inefficient service, I had registered several cars here and they had taken longer than they promise, but four days ago I came for some temporary plates and they promised them for the next day, and again breaking their promise, I gave them one star on Google and the next day this "lady" called me and told me that she had realized that I had given her a negative review and that for not giving her a positive review I had to go pick up my title and my money because she was not going to do anything anymore, FOUR DAYS WAITING FOR SOME TEMPORARY PLATES, FOR THEM TO FINALLY SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING?, I found another place right here in waterbury, cheaper and that same day they gave me my plates, not like this inefficient,

I paid 538.69$ on 09/09/2024
& 302.90$ on 08/30/2024 for ITIN applications for contractors . None of my contractors received the ITIN number or any update from this service.. I went to office multiple times, I emailed the office , I spoke to Geraldine . NO service received .

Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as others with M&R. Let me start by stating that I used M&R based on the reviews that spoke to timeliness,etc. My experience was much different. I dealt with a lady at this location who is in no way shape or form organized or timely. She submitted much of my documentation with errors despite me bringing the errors to her attention prior to submission. I would NOT recommend this business to others at this point.

I appreciate the time taken to respond. This further speaks to the professionalism of this company…need I say more? I have proof to show that this company does not proofread their documents and I have proof that the owner made ZERO attempt to follow up until this review was posted. Her calls were not even related to the service that she was paid to do yet they were to beg my husband to ask me to remove my experience from the reviews. I have no will intent for this business owner as I do not know her personally. What I do know is that my husband and I paid for a service and the service was not rendered professionally and I stand on what I said in my previous post I do not recommend…period.

This location is awesome for getting your car registered. They have awesome service. The people who work here are very friendly. I recommend this one to anybody five stars thanks guys. Once again for vehicles they have registered for me. I have no issues
