I never ever intentionally visited Mr. Nance. If you're doing business with him then I'd imagine you don't have much of a choice. I'll say this.. he'll ask for what you want but he will not fight for it. Goodluck. $ goes a long way.

If you have him as a public defender do yourself a favor and hire someone was worthless didn’t want to here about my side of anything will not return a call for nothing never at his office won’t answer when he sets up a phone appointment then when you go to court he argues with the court clerk to make fines more expensive so do yourself a favor and hire someone anyone and not use this guy
