I have been using this NAPA for 3 years...both parts and service have been excellent. Don't forget that it's a rural area, so some parts may take a day or three to arrive. They are great about inspecting new parts before giving them to the customer to detect any damage from shipping/handling which is something that stands out. They also have a small, well stocked showroom with a variety of special tools and other trinkets you may need during your travels.
Don't hesitate to stop here for general repairs or if you are in a pinch!

The guys that work here are amazing. They are truly great people. Very knowledgeable, great mechanics. Would highly recommend this place. Just in case you don't know this Napa is a repair facility as well. We got stranded and they squeezed us in to get us back on the road!

I can't speak to the service department, but if it's anything like the parts department, it is top shelf. I've gone in twice in the last month for parts for my 2007 Saturn Ion. The guys behind the counter have been knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
