These guys were amazing! In the Vail valley it can be a challenge to get help when you need it. These guys picked up the phone, did a walkthrough same day of the project we needed, and an install two days later. They helped with light fixture selection where I wasn’t sure what we needed, did an amazing job making recommendations for a few safety improvements that I hadn’t thought of but were definitely great, as well as completing an excellent, timely professional job. We closed on our house in 2019 and Javier from Native Electric came to wire and install a hot tub. Javier not only did exceptional work but, is also an absolutely wonderful, kind, honest & professional person. We were so truly impressed by Javier that first day, that we hired him and Native Electric to do all of our other electrical jobs. Javier is so trustworthy and does such quality work that we don’t even have even the slightest second thought or reservation about having him do work at the house when nobody is home or we’re away. We trust him completely! He’s such a nice guy that he’s even come over on a Saturday to perform work that would have otherwise not been possible for him to fit in until the following week. Going above and beyond like that to help us out, just exemplifies the kind of person Javier is. And it’s why I’d recommend Native Electric to anyone.

Javier installed all of ring cameras, wired power, installed lighting & a chandelier, installed dimmer switches, he added outlets both indoors and outdoors, installed a TV and Armatron onto a stone brick wall where there was no power previously, upgraded a panel, installed our ring doorbell, fixed our heat tape on the roof as well as installed the hot tub electrical outside.

I really couldn’t recommend an electrician more highly or say enough good things about him. He’s so kind and easy to work with and does awesome work. Plus you can’t really put a price on having someone in your house that you trust implicitly and know will always do a great job and right by you.

I would not recommend Native Electric for any electrical work due to the lack of transparency by the company on pricing. When I called about getting 1 chandelier installed in addition to 3 pendant lights, the person I spoke to stated the price would be $115 per hour. However, when I received the bill, the company ended up charging for the apprentice at an additional $88 per hour, thus for a total of $203 per hour. Given the installation took 5.5 hours, the total bill came to $1,174.92. After numerous messages and calls back and forth, they agreed that they need to be better about clearly communicating what the price will be upfront. Ultimately I ended up paying $822.92, but still significantly much more expensive than what I was expecting to pay. Unfortunately, Native Electric never agreed to reduce the price to $115 per hour -- what we originally had spoken about. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service and argumentative tone from Native Electric.
