Went in first thing this morning to renew my tag. The woman behind the counter has an immediate attitude towards me and refused to give me her name. Just so y'all know. Shes condescending and down right nasty to talk to. I do not recommend going here. Convince be damned

We went to New Hope satellite office for our tag renewal and will definitely go here instead of driving into Huntsville from now on. We had no wait and the ladies were very kind and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised. The City Hall staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Plus, the facility was beautiful. Although, not as beautiful as the Court Clerk! They require a face mask and social distancing is well planned and posted. I was expecting more of the urban "city worker" attitude and hearing numerous phones ringing in the background that go unattended. You know, where one clerk window is open with 20+ people in line. While four other windows are closed because those clerks ate watching TikTok on their phone. You've been there before. Not in New Hope Alabama. New Hope City Hall is professional and proficient. They are what all other city buildings in this country should strive to be!!!! Well done and a special thanks to the Sheriff's office for helping as well. Experience = memorable.

The people that work there are great but there is a glitch in the system. My temp handicap placard expires Saturday, if I park in a handicap spot Sunday, I could get a ticket. So no grocery shopping for me.

The longest and most arduous court proceedings ever.... I've been in here 2.5hrs for a traffic ticket and it's 25 people in here. Long winded for no reason.
