Corrupted court system aswell as the police who surround this area I would give place and zero stars utterly no justice here all they care about is funding their Corrupted business and taking money and believing lies.this is freedom of speech something that your not allowed in newton county. Avoid this court at all costs. Open this place needs to be closed permanently

If you close at 5pm, you should not lock the doors until 5pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and the doors were locked. Closing is the time you lock the doors, not the time you decide you do not want to work anymore. Adjust your hours on the website to make people aware that you do not want to work past 5:00pm, so arrival times should be marked accordingly. People rely on the website information listed. The public defenders in Newton County do not seem to defend their client. Set thru many cases never once did i see a witness questioned by a public dedender. Noticed when you plea out or set trial not once did i see anyone questioned. Watched several people not get their discovery until right before seeing the judge.
They should take example from Hall county. The public defenders actually defended their clients and questions witnesses and officers
I observed a video where the police did several things that violated the rights of the accused. The public defender in Newton county did not even bring it up. Thank you Hall County for doing the job right! Another words dont get in trouble in Newton.
