In 2022, a court eviction hearing with legal representation. Mr. Brian Riekkola represented several parties, we were one of the parties. During court Mr. Riekkola focused on Landlord Tenant statutes, brought full circle, the reason we were in court; very efficient in his representation. We had one more court date, within a week, and during this time, things changed. From an eviction process, we were being sued.
