The tenant had sub leased individual offices to other tenants so I was worried the process would be complicated. I had hoped to have the same positive experience as others, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I initially sent an email and was contacted by an attorney named Erin Krinsky, who inquired about my availability and the consultation fee. I confirmed that I was agreeable to the fee and provided my availability. However, I did not receive a response.

A few days later, I followed up, and Erin responded by again asking for my availability. I promptly replied with my available dates and times, yet I never received a response. This lack of communication has been disappointing and unprofessional.

EDIT: Erin reached out to me again on Monday apologizing and explaining that for what ever reason my emails are going to a different box. She asked me if I would like to proceed and I responded the same day stating I wanted to still do the consultation. It’s now Saturday and I haven’t heard anything back from her. Mr. Cohen I do appreciate your attentiveness to my review by reaching out to her and for that I will change my review from 1 to 3. However, I did send an email to you in the beginning and you forwarded my matters to Erin, which reflects your brand. But she definitely won’t be getting my business. Had to unfortunately go through the eviction process for my tenant and was referred to Michael Cohen at Northside Law Center. I hadn’t a clue what to do and only had apprehension in going through this process, but Michael has been nothing but amazing! I wish I’d actually started the process earlier. Once I gave him the initial details to get the ball rolling, he does everything. Amazing what happens when a lawyer gets involved and now my tenant is playing ball.
