Totally incompetent, uncommunicative, slow, and unprofessional. Complete and utter waste of my time and money. I needed an Apostille for overseas work, which he said he knew how to do, then he started texting me with questions about the process! He did not answer my calls, and responded to emails with a bunch of BS. He cost me a ton of money in terms of how behind schedule he put me and my family. Stressed me out beyond belief. Yet had the audacity to be aloof with his responses. I had to hire ANOTHER agent to get this done, and it cost me another $810. They got it done in a matter of days, and completely saved the situation. I should have went with them them from the beginning. JD only refunded half my money because he knows I'm overseas now and he can get away with it. I would sue this guy, but I want to be done with him. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

The fingerprint was rejected by the CA government. I reached out to this notary person and he never responded me since then. I will not recommend him at all.

I sent a chat to see if available to take fingerprints that day after 5:30pm. Quick response with a "yes" he was very pleasant and professional. I completely dropped the ball and did not ask for a 2nd copy. I reached out asked if he was available again after 5:30pm and he was available with no issues. I will definitely go back if ever needed.
