We've been using Nova Tax for the last few years. We've only had good experiences that left us feeling confident that everything was done correctly. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. Tami, the owner, has been phenomenal over the last couple of months as we've had some huge life changes. She's incredibly knowledgeable! If I could give this business zero stars I would. Tami lies about everything. She gave me at least 10 dates when she would be done with my taxes and has never finished them. I do not trust her and the one time she did my taxes, the IRS gave me a huge refund because she did them wrong. The security of this business is non-existent as is the integrity of the owner. I stand by what I said. She lied over and over again. I tried supporting a local, minority-owned business so I made many allowances in an effort to be helpful. I say steer clear of this place!

Nova tax is really great. They care about their customers. I learned of them from my elderly uncle who has used them for a number of years. Knowledgeable, friendly and put the effort to help him get all his paperwork in order. I would go back to them.
