Been going to NOVA for 8 years. They offer great service and knowledge. They are much better than brand name tax services which treat you like a number. We haven't had a problem and the staff is up to date with all the new laws and regulations. Glad we found this gem!

So i did my taxes there they were verry impolite but i thought its a buisy time of year. but more amd more i ran in to propblems with there service they made a mistake in my taxes not puting me head if house hold despite the fact they asked and i told them yea when they finally enterd my taxes and they gave me my paper work i noticed it was 700 dollars less then what they qouted me. When i asked why they said it happens. So i showed it to my girlfriend and she went on line and it said i wasnt listed head of house hold. so i went back they never said sorry or showed concern for there mistake and said they can fix it they said i would get another check for the remainder in 4 to 6 weeks its been that long and when i called they were rude and told me it will be 8 to twelve weeks i said thats a lie you told me 4 to 6 shr got mad and said well call the I.R.S. its not my job to find out about your check we did our part. These people are the worst people they made the mistakes and dont apologize for it and dont offer anything but lies. Be carefull i still haven't got my check for the remainder. I will never go back there again.

Professional but not responsive with follow ups etc. I paid them for a service but as my tax broker i would of liked assistance calling the IRS and them letting me knowing of the status. Disappointed. Will be taking my business elsewhere next tax season

Dos años anteriores me han atendido sus asistentes,(aunque voy con cita y norma no esta,que por alguna emergencia)voy está ves con cita,no nos preguntan por atención y a otros clientes si, hasta que les pregunto que si nos van a atender porque tengo cita,con norma ,dicen que si que esperemos,después de 40 minutos de espera resulta que no está otra ves,otra vez una emergencia
