I want to thank Angie Sanchez. She is definitely a valuable person in this firm. In addition to her charisma, she is a great human being. Furthermore, Angie provides the best customer service.
Since my husband and I started his case with NOVO Legal Group, Angie has been courteous and kind to us from day one. She explained to us how the process would be and answered all the questions we had. Not only did she guide us throughout the process, but she has also been available for us this whole time. It has been much easier to contact her than the lawyer himself.
Everyone was really nice, but Angie always went above and beyond to help us. If I could, I would give her millions of stars in a Google review for her service, but I can only give her 5. Novo Legal has been wonderful since I’ve wanted to start my Advance Parole process. I got a consultation, then began the process and nothing but great and helpful people. After 2 months of trying to get an appointment at the Mexican Consulate I reached out to my legal team and they helped by writing a letter for me, and gave it to me within minutes.
