Shauna was unreliable in communicating to me. Her interaction style is to repeat herself numerous times, costing the client money. She is ineffective in negotiating. She was not resourceful in developing a plan regarding Probate, making me wonder what her specialty is. She is unprofessional, often eating on the phone, needing to assist her daughter or her dog. She is not an effective Probate lawyer.

I had a very strange conversation after calling as a potential new client and speaking with this firm's paralegal. She was condescending and appeared to be over-complicating my inquiry, which was for a simple consultation in the areas of law this firm advertised for. Based on my brief, but frustrating experience, I would not recommend this firm.

She did not show up for our appointment and never called back to reschedule. Very rude. I did not ask for free advice and I definitely had an appointment for this day.
