Price of chair was half. Tried to buy it. Told the sale is expired. If the sale is expired why is it posted in your store? I'll buy from Amazon instead.

You’d figure this location would honor its price, but you’d be wrong. I was told by one employee that a sale would be going on until the end of the week, but a different employee basically said tough luck. What a joke.

This particular store did not provide customer service even a little bit. Went in to drop fedex package was greeted with no smile and harshly told - copy & print closed. I said okay, I'd like to ship fedex. She then barked - It's closed. Website says it's open until 6 - 2 hours later. Took the time to speak to the person up front. They apologized profusely and said that lady was their manager and to please complain because she's driving business away. So here we are.

Every time I need supplies Roger and the staff at both locations are always willing to help. If they do not have it they will call the other store or check online which saves me time and the drive. Both locations are always so friendly and helpful. There are always staff available to help. Thank you!!

This is one of the worse Office Depots. I came to the store to pick up some papers I needed to print. I was overcharged online more than what the price is in store. When I got to the store, they had the gates pulled and a sign that said they closed at 6 and they did not give any warning that the store was closing early nor tell me when my papers were ready for pickup. An older white gentlemen who appeared to be the manager stared at me rudely and then passed me up twice never coming to the door to even check on me as a customer to see what I might need. They left the door unlocked, so I pushed it open to get his attention since he decided to ignore me. He gave me the rudest facial expression and told me they were closed and walked away without even showing any remorse when I informed him that it was important papers that I needed to send off today. Another employee, a younger black woman came to me at the door offered to give me a refund in the morning. I told her I already paid for the papers and just needed them printed which wasn’t much from their part. She told me their whole system was down and she couldn’t even print them. Terrible business and terrible management team.

I went today to print some photos, around 12pm-12:30 maybe. The lady who attended me was extremely nice and helpful, she even helped me cut my pictures, something i had to do myself with scissors when i went on october, saving me time and the hazard. I hope she is recognized for going above and beyond without one asking for it. Little things like that and smiling and making nice comments, make the service experience 100% different, in this case, to make me leave with a smile on my face!
