No Stars for this Department. I have been emailing/calling and NO ANSWER either way. I don't understand why this is allowed and this is disservices to our Navajo Nation communities and our people. They said they are for the people "What people". This is ridiculous please answer your calls and emails. Some of us are still trying to wait for our checks and no updates are available and no one answering calls to give us information. A lot of phone numbers are available but no one cares to answer them. Come on people we all one nation (Navajos) lets help each other. IT wouldn't allow me to post until I had to give it a star

I was able to get on the phone with office of controller, "Ella" I believe. She seem very confused and unmotivated to speak with me. Whoever is handling the calls at the office of contoller may either be having issues or taking advantage of not working. Either case someone needs to investigate. I explained to Ella I had seen new information from the "Navajo Nation Legislature" from "Begay Jr Kee Allen" on Facebook about a list of last names, CIB# to reference myself and I was going to confirm this with her but she seem irritated and wanted me to call another number. She stated as quoted," I do not want to give you the wrong information." The FB post stated people could go to the Office of the Controller to pick up their checks. She was unaware of any of this information. I am discouraged and I do not know what to do next. Who do I talk to? What do I do?

I've been calling for two weeks and no answer at all. I called my local chapter house and they said. You have to email them. I'm not gonna bother because I think I won't get a reply. Tell next year..haha. Come on controller. Get it together. Answer your phone!

The person who assisted me took the required documents needed and made copies for me which I'm grateful for. I do not know her name but she was courteous and professional. She thoroughly answered each question I asked. Respect begets respect.
