Able to get in without an appointment and without a wait. Took 6 minutes from start to finish! Very helpful and great fingerprint readers. Tried the airport and they had a very hard time capturing fingerprints. No issues here! Very seamless and easy process!

Update: bumping up one because the woman who actually did my pre check-in was extremely nice. I could tell she was stressed and seemed tired. They only had one person back there doing this and she mentioned that the machines they use are flaky and have a habit of going out. The lady at the front desk saw my initial post though before I went in. I'm not sure but I have a feeling she made me wait a little bit longer than I had to because she was upset. She made sure to loudly make it known that she read this and her irritation, which fair I guess. If she did make me wait longer, that's a shame because there were 4 other people after me that she also made wait longer as a result. Possible that's not the case though, just an assumption. End of the day though, my appointment was 1.5 hours late, so largely meaningless. Still highly recommend finding somewhere else or coming in expecting to wait way way longer than you'd expect

TSA Pre Check-in scheduled for 1210. Walk in and there were tons of people backed up in a real small room. Staff was incredibly rude and blamed the people inside for their own issues. Literally only 2 of them though and one just sat up front for check-ins while the other person did all the actual identifying work. It's incredibly confusing how to check in because it varies based on what you're having done and they aren't using a system to manage stuff. Everything is being written on a piece of paper, and they have absolutely no clue why the heck you're there. Why did I bother registering and paying online for you to have absolutely no clue what I'm here for and scheduled? People not here for TSA had to essentially reenter everything they had to online before and were asked to pay AGAIN as part of that process. I overheard a very frustrated woman talking to the staff as she was just trying to get the work she had already scheduled and paid for done. I arrived here 10 minutes before my appointment as I was instructed and won't end up getting in for it until over an hour after I was supposed to. Absolutely terrible. Find somewhere else to get this stuff done.

Had a TSA Precheck appointment at 12:30pm, was having an awful day and forgot my birth certificate. Staff was able to fit me in as a walk-in same day and made the experience as easy as can be! Received my eligibility notice today, was told it would take 3-11 business days! 5/5 would recommend to everyone looking for services.

I went here near the end of December. It is now the end of February and I still have not received my BCI. I have been calling asking whats going on and the only thing they tell me to do it call the attorney general. I called David Yost twice and both times they said they never received my BCI. I called on the go services FOUR times and each time they just told me to wait a few days and call back. I still have not received what I paid for!!!!!!

UPDATED IN RESPONSE TO THE LYING OWNER’S RESPONSE! Do NOT go to On the Go Services! Apparently appointments mean NOTHING to the unprofessional folks they have working the front! One of the customers “cared” more about me having an appointment than the unprofessional RUDE staff did!! I will spend my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. DO NOT GO TO ON THE GO!! You have been warned! UPDATED to respond to the lying owner’s response…. As I stated DO NOT GO to ON THE GO SERVICES! The owner is a liar! I actually walked out those doors at 1:43pm…I did not walk in at 1:45pm as they stated. I was there long enough to know I was not spending MY money with your company! I will spend my money elsewhere. You are not truthful and your staff is rude and unprofessional like I said! DO BETTER! My google timeline is attached…although it says Flexdrive, (not sure why because I was not there) unfortunately I was at On the Go Services.

Had a TSA pre-check appointment on a Saturday afternoon and was in and out within 10 minutes. Very efficient and painless process.

I needed a fingerprint card for work. I went to On The Go Services and basically, the employee placed the blank card in front of me and gave me an ink pad. So I fingerprinted myself while he stood there. Unfortunately, my fingerprints came back from the FBI because the were not clear. I guess I didn't press hard enough.

In the past, I got the fingerprint card done at the Lorain County Sheriff's Office and the officer took my hand, inked each finger and firmly pressed it on the card for me making sure each print was good. They also only charged $10, which is much better than the $30 that On the Go Services charged.

The one good thing about On The Go Services is that the employee had me do my fingerprints and signed the card and sent me on my way without my info on the card. I had to write it all myself afterwards. So I could've put my fingerprints on there and written someone else's info on the card. So if you are looking for a place to do some shady stuff with forged fingerprints, this is the place to go!
