If I could 0 star it, I would. Karen is very narcissistic, she never helped me the way I needed. She took things personal and it wasn’t very professional of her at all. She promised my mom success and later not even worried about her case after my mom spent so much money. She is so inconsiderate if you do something she doesn’t like. For her it’s no longer business if her feelings get hurt. Also have friends and co-worker who experienced the same issue with her.

One World MultiServices office in Houston, Texas provided excellent service. They were always attentive, welcoming you, and their staff members are so nice and polite. Mrs. Karen Waldron is so professional at her profession and is very friendly and knowledgeable and we don't mind paying for the quality of service that we receive and we are very pleased in how she preparer our taxes and explains everything throughly to us.. and its always a very friendly environment.

It absolutely blows my mind this place currently has 4.8 stars and let me tell you why. I accompanied a friend who needed one acknowledgment notarized. The state of Texas has a maximum fee you charge for one acknowledgment, one signer, and that maximum fee is $6. When my companion told the notary public it was one acknowledgment, one signer, she said the fee was going to be $10. When my friend tried to tell her, no it’s max $6, she tried to argue the fee at first saying it was the owners discretion. My friend had to explain to her and show her you can only charge a max of $6. She then asked where we wanted her to stamp her seal, and she missed filling in information that needs to be filled in. How are you a notary public and don’t know anything about being a notary?
