This is a horrible lawfirm. Down right crooks who lie and steal people's money. Make sure you have your own attorney ready to sue the mess out of these terrible people. They need to be shut down and dismantled as a law firm.

I am not even sure Mr. O'Neal really exists. I have not been able to speak to him after several attempts. Getting a lot of stalling from the staff. They are trying to collect some HOA fees that have been paid using the bill paying application from my bank. The checks have been accepted by the HOA but not cashed per Section 209 property code. According to the HOA the remittances have been forwarded to the attorney's office. This as I understand it is illegal.

I called to handle a debt that was in collections with this firm, I spoke with Martha she informed me that she needed to call the lender's data dept and would call me back. She took my name and number. I never heard from her so I called back again the next day, I spoke with Martha again, she said she still didn't have the information needed that the lender was the issue, she said she would try again took down my name and number again (which she should've already had) and said she'd call me back. Nothing. I called AGAIN spoke with a Carmen (I think) and was told Martha was the person I needed to speak too, she had Martha call me back and she STILL hadn't gotten the information I needed to pay the balance.

I then called the lender and explained what was happening, I was told that Martha was the issue and that she was lying to me. I was told they would call and have them contact me with a total so that I could pay. I wasn't called back until the next week with a total but when Tammy finally called me back she was very courteous and had the information I needed. I overnighted a check and paid the balance.

Overall I was not pleased with the service at all, aside from Tammy. Having someone call 3 times to pay on a debt that you are trying to collect is ridiculous. They should be calling me, not the other way around.

These are crooks, the lady that works there her name is Tammy she is rude and has no clue what she providing. She has no knowledge of any information you asked for. There are only two people in the office. They work with crooks who steal people's money and run away. Kleinbrook subdivision in being threatened by this lawyer. The previous HOA president ran away with the association dues his name is RAJ NATARANJAN. Now this attorney has bought the debt and trying to scare people to pay them the money. Liars, cheaters and crooks. The whole office sucks. I had to select one start at least to post this or else these people don't even deserve it.

Michael O'Neil, rude to women, caught him in a live zoom recording. The law firm does not follow up and violated my ADA rights by only messaging me, whom he was told had major brain surgery and still suffers from complications of having multiple brain bleeds.
Do not speak to them on the phone either, only email so you can report him to the Bar with back up information
