This establishment Charged me for two months of service in the threat of disconnecting my electricity if I didn't pay 446.84 if I were less fortunate I would have paid my bills in full and be sitting in the dark due to the negligible efforts put in by useless staff hired by the city. Payments should be moved online immediately so they can fire them and lower my bill. They also without consent buy light bulbs and trash bags with your money and it is being calculated into your bill. I will post pictures of each statement and my monthly bill for the month in question asap. Someone with some sense get in there and fix this
ffs please quit hiring your family to perform roles when they are NOT fit to serve the public.

I wish there was a zero star rating. To give this company a 1 star rating would be stretching the truth a bit. The constant rise in rates have ran people and business out of our county. It is my belief that the ones that stay are left to cover those unpaid bills. Our bills are estimated amounts and I was told they only do physical check once every 3 months by a man that checked our meter once. One month we had a bill for $350 and the next month it was over $1000 and thats without change in Our daily living routines. Where do they come up with these numbers? It pathetic! This company steals from hard working families. There needs to be an end to this contract with our city.

**Hearsay is more than likely true; user beware!

Rating a billing company for home necessities is problematic in itself... however I feel that with the consistencies shared among those who have moved out of reach of this monopolized train wreck I can do so freely and with great accuracy.

It would be fantastic if they would offer premium customer service to match their 'premium' billing cycles. This is hopefully the first and last time I am met with what feels like skyscraperesque electrical fencing when trying to disconnect my home from services that I no longer require.

Please take heed of anything you may have heard about our billing structure prior to moving to this town!

This company wants your license social security card and proof of lease or home contract and a visit to them to cut your utilities on and just talking to people in the town it's a nightmare. Get your stuff together. As the world progresses this monopoly is still in the Stone age. I will discuss this with them when I get to cutting it on and update this with what I learn.

Let God handle it all. Trust in him and he will see you through. He said" What does it profit a man to gain the whole world. Then loose his soul. He is going to make away for US. My family is here. It's bad when you can't buy yourself nothing. We can't do nothing about this. But pray these Bills go down. I'm NOT TRUSTING MAN BUT THE ALMIGHTY GOD. Fix it Jesus

My light bill goes up every month and I have no explanation for it. Please help me understand what's going on? Are there any laws that protect the elderly and the senior citizens of the community! Bushwhacked!

Bills are too high. I have reason to believe money is being pocketed. I don't even turn lights on in my home during the day and light bill is 278.00 when I usually pay at least 90 no more than 160 at the most..
