Amazing law office, they saved us!! After our business partner passed away his sister found an old note and sold it to make money off of our home. The next thing my husband and I knew our home was being foreclosed on. Either we faced foreclosure or pay $200,000.00 to the person the note was sold to. This was the home that we had lived in for 23 years and the home our kids grew up in. I called so many different attorneys with absolutely no luck. High end attorneys in Beverly Hills, orange county and some attorneys that were referred to me. Every one one of them was clueless as to what could be done to help us, they had absolutely no answers! We literally were losing hope until someone suggested we call Claudia and Juan which was the best thing we ever did!!! They were not taking anymore clients at the time but they agreed to squeeze us in. Not only did Claudia have answers she had options several of them! When no other attorney had any solutions for us Claudia and Juan had several and reassured us they would not let us lose our home. They took our case and did an amazing job for us!! Court cases had became more difficult because of COVID but that did not stop them from doing their job and in the middle of a pandemic they were able to settle our case! We settled for a much smaller amount with the person holding the note so the foreclosure was stopped. Claudia and Juan also got us back $50,000.00 from our business partners sister who had started the whole mess!! Claudia and Juan were always in contact with us working late into the night to take care of our case. They settled our case just in time for us to take advantage of the low interest rates. They saved our house, got us 50,000.00 back and we were able to refinance our home so our mortgage payment went from $3,125.00 to $2,230.00. My husband and I got to know Juan and Claudia personally and they are truly great people who genuinely care about their clients and we consider them family! If you want a law office that is knowledgeable, truly cares about you personally and will work hard for you we highly recommend them!! We are forever grateful to you, thank you Juan and Claudia!
