Having just sold my home in Breckenridge, I've reflected a great deal on what a seller of a home needs from a good listing agent. A listing agent should be able to analyse the local market and set your expectations honestly, he should aggressively market your property while remaining patient enough to get you the best price. He should be pleasant to work with , that is; have an even temperament and a friendly disposition. He should be old enough to capitalize on his experience but young enough to have the energy to make trips to your property, hold open houses, and do all those things in the background that are necessary to sell your home. And, he needs to be part of the local community. LUKE PAFFRATH checks ALL of those boxes. He did a great job for us and sold our house quickly in the off-peak selling season. He's great to work with and you'll be happy you selected him as your buyer's or seller's agent!
