Very rude Asian guy! If you are not a people's person then go work somewhere that doesn't require you to come in contact with people goofy. This guy has the same attitude with every one, witnessed more than once. But I bet he wouldn't speak to his own people with such attitude. Not even worth spending money with, go where you will feel appreciated.

Terrible. I just mailed a package USPS international express that would have cost $73 at the post office and was charged $218 plus $6 for a ripped shipping envelope and then $2 to tape their own ripped envelope. At the post office the shipping envelope is free of course. This place is absurd and so sleazy. I came in because I thought I would get help with shipping important documents and instead got robbed.

Unbelievably rude man at front counter. I was scheduled to get fingerprints and called to see if I could come earlier than scheduled. The man I spoke with said yes. I arrived and checked in. I sat for about 15 minutes and politely asked the man upfront how long the wait was—I was curious because the store was empty. He said the man in the back was eating lunch and I’d have to wait another half hour when lunch was over. I said I wish I had been told because I called to confirm if it was ok to arrive earlier. He went off on me—said I never called, that I was wrong for coming early. I was just aghast to be spoken to so rudely. He was so angry. I said, “I called and spoke to someone as a courtesy to your business, why are you talking to me like this?” He went in the back and said the man would see me so we didn’t need to talk anymore. I sat there in stunned silence. If it wasn’t for work, I would have walked out. The man who did my prints in the back was polite but I would never step foot in this place again. The cashier upfront was an angry hotheaded jerk. Inexcusable and disgusting.

First time I came here I tried to print some copies and they basically charge me for the whole pack of paper for just two copies. I try to give this place another chance and I was going to send a package to AE. It goes to a military base, so price is supposed to get discounted. They wanted to charge me over $100. I went directly to USPS and I pay $28 for priority. On top of the ridiculous high prices they also offer mediocre customer service. On a more positive note, I have use their fingerprint services and have not had any difficulties for that.

DON’T GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. Would give a 0 stars if I could. I sent my engagement ring with insurance and it got “lost” in the mail. I also sent a different package and he charged me $7 for two strips of tape and a printed label. He didn’t tell be upfront the additional cost and instead pointed to ripped papers that was covered by the package he was taping for $7. He’s extremely rude and just over all bad service. They also don’t take QR codes. Get in the 21 center and be kinder. HORRIBLE service and rude people.
