Since the hemp industry began around 2018 I have dealt with and spoke to many credit card processing companies and different people. The best person by far to date is Faith Travis representing paymentcloudinc. She is exceptional! Her knowledge of different industries ( mine being hemp products) , her prompt effective management of complicated details, and her professionalism set a higher standard in this industry.

The team work between the different representatives is also outstanding and seamless. Julie comes to mind as does Lisette as more examples of excellence within this company. Polite, effective, and professional. If you are looking for a great credit card processing representative get with Faith Travis as she and the team around her make things easy!

I’ve been working with payment cloud for about 8 months I believe, never have I ever had to face any difficult challenges with having payment cloud by my side. I can fully focus on my business, increase my sales/volume and all of the business/merchant related issues payment cloud is there for me. I’ve been working with Jordan, one email to Jordan and I know this will be done and everytime, every single time within 24hrs I get a response back from my manager Jordan or from Amanda and they literally help me with everything as soon as they can. I’ve had gateway issues, resolved in a day. I’ve had my reserve release from the merchant, one email to Jordan (my manager) and its done in a day. I’ve had my limit increase concerns with the merchants, i just reach out to my manager at payment cloud and its done. Even getting more merchants, the paperwork, docusigns and everything has been taken care by payment cloud really well with such an amazing manager and their colleagues. Love working with Jordan to be very honest. I’m at so much peace working with payment cloud, I currently have multiple merchants through payment cloud and they’re just progressing day by day. 100% recommended!

Buyers beware. They are selling and trading people’s personal information with a company called tax as well as others. I recently reached out to stax to try their service. They said they may not provide the services we needed. Then all of the sudden payment cloud called me.

I did not like payment cloud as I checked out some reviews they had that were not removed by Google. I reached out and found out this company is not on the up and up as they say.

Then after the fact I think I’m done, I found out another company called me to deal with, apparently they just purchased payment cloud.

A person from that company called me, I never gave them my information, nor authorized release of my personal information. This company handles financial transactions. If they are releasing my personal contact information imagine what they are doing with your financial data or your customers financial data. So with that buyers beware and be warned.
