Best CPA I have ever worked with!!!! I am self employed and was really worried about paying some heavy taxes this year! But Kenneth Palmer was on top of things, making sure we were able to write off as many things as possible from our taxes (business expenses, college fees, baby, insurance etc.) and we are actually getting some substantial money back!

Unable to help me with my problem, they are too busy. They can’t even refer me to anyone. They say all the smaller firms in our area have no capacity. I wish I could say, as a Fruita local, that they gave me high quality service in a prompt manner, but unfortunately they weren’t even willing to take the time to help me with my problem.
Response to response: Being kind and expressing genuine concern and care for a person doesn’t cost anything. I was left feeling like I didn’t matter when we hung up and was given no alternatives other than your exact same response which you reiterated to me multiple times like I was a stupid person and you posted this exact same response on this review forum. You could have handled the call in a different manner and it would have inspired me to have left a 5 star review. I won’t be trying to contact your firm again, you’ve shown me that not only your firm doesn’t have capacity for new clients at this time, but don’t have capacity for any human compassion either.
