We contacted Perrin about doing our web-based bookkeeping and accounting, making sure that they understood PayPal and Shopify, I was told not to worry they worked with web based businesses. We then spent a lot of money on per hour bookkeeping services, then I was told that they had to charge even more to understand PayPal. This was one of the main reasons for having them handle our bookkeeping. I was then told that we should part ways because I questioned there costs. Why should I continue to pay for someone to learn how PayPal should be entered into Quick Books, that told me they were capable to begin with?

Perrin helped us resolve an issue with the way our taxes were filed incorrectly by another organization. After going back and forth with the tax tribunal on our behalf, Perrin helped us resolve the issue. Ultimately, instead of us owing, we ended up getting our overdue return.

These guys went above and beyond preparing my taxes. I had a very complex tax filing this year because of various life events and relocation to the local area. I explained everything to them in detail and they were upfront and honest that they were unfamiliar with military exemptions, especially from other states. They did their research and were able to answer all of our dilemmas that were basically dumped on them. Very satisfied. I’ll see them again next year!
