I did not want to post this publicly because I prefer to speak directly to the person privately which I have done with no resolve.
This law firm was amazing to begin with and Atty Perry was extremely kind in dealing with my 92 year old mother . He was also very generous with time and phone calls.
The problems began when a trust was created for my mother and also minor requests to address Community Bank wiring errors resulting in elder fraud.
The trust paperwork took over 8 months and was never completed properly . They took money up front with no receipt provided of work to be performed. Information, instructions and follow ups were either not provided or incomplete.
The office was in disarray due to a move to a new building, understandable however files and faxes were lost and information forgotten.
The few simple requests to the bank to address the wire fraud were never done. I was told an intern would be working on this and they never did. After inquiry as to why these requests were not performed, Atty Perry just said he did not do it and did not deem them necessary.
I personally did extensive research to assist them in any way I could and it all turned to nought.
When I finally asked about the delays Atty Perry was honest in sharing the reasons however all clients should have been given a heads up and their work completed before any of the offices personal problems.
I pray these office matters have been resolved but unfortunately it has resulted in negative consequences for my elderly mother who truly respected him and was grateful for his kindness.

As an estate attorney, they are very disorganized. It has been 2 years and still no closure on our family estate. Every time we call, we get a different response and answer to a timeline. They don't even remember speaking with us when we call. Our family deserves closure and that's all we are looking for but we can't that from this company. Do your research before hiring them for an estate.

Update: WE finally got closure! Yay! However, they didn't follow the will at all and just did what they wanted. Included a niece that is not even a relative in the payout and paid bills that were either already paid or not even hers. Way to cheat a deceased person and their family. Happy to have the closure and certainly not worth the fight for the money as that is not what we needed for closure. Just pick your estate attorney carefully and do your own due diligence on their behavior and honesty.

I would highly recommend Perry Law office for estate planning. The whole process was quick and extremely well organized. Ted had everything well organized when I went to sign. I met with the office assistant who was so friendly, caring and knowledgeable.
